Massage device

Husband gave me this for Christmas and I was skeptical. But then my physiotherapist asked if I had one to help relax the deltoid mudcle that is messing up my shoulder. It is doing the trick, and is also great if you're tight after a hike or run. I'm sure any comparable device would work.
